Private Sessions

Rachael offers Private Mindfulness Sessions, bringing Mums, children and teens individualised instruction. She bundles her genuine love for young people, vast teaching experience, connection to nature and mindfulness instruction together into a series of  8 sessions (with a no obligation introductory session).

Please Note

-Sessions are age-appropriate and interactive

-Sessions are one hour and 20 mins

-Sessions may include journaling, art, music or interaction with nature.

-Weather permitting, sessions may take place in Bronte Gully or otherwise in the comfort of Rachael’s home.

-Rachael is a certified mindfulness-primary-high school teacher and has all the necessary safety checks.
